I have seeen countless evidence on this forum from people testimonial whenever people start their acne scar journey, most of them dont see much results in the first session whether its tca cross, subcision, phenol cross. Its only when the second treatment is repeated the results starts showing. Why is this the case ?

Sometimes it can be because your body takes time to produce collagen, can be a couple months like 3-4. The way to treat acne scars is often to damage the skin again (like with micro tears and micro needling in office for example) and encourage the body to build up collagen which renews/fills in the scar and makes it appear flatter or less prominent

Perhaps because there is incrementalimprovements so then itbecomesnoticeable with more treatments.
