I am looking into scar treatment options in my area and all I’m really finding is RF micro needling, fraxel laser, “saline injections” (a version of subcision), or micro needling + TCA peels (called VI Peel). Based on the photos of my skin.. thoughts on which ones I should try? From my research, it seems like subcision would be best, but I don’t think there is anyone close to me that can do it. Thanks! getsmart121 5 Share Posted March 26 Yes subcision will yield the best results for you add filler to that as well. I remember I had a depressed scar on the temple after two subcision I was not able to feel the depth of the scar. It just feels 90 percent flatter but texture wise it will still have slight look of depressed, maybe I need few more. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
