I used Alpha hydroxy acid whilst on accutane without realising ! Help

I used Accutane back in 2018 for 6 months, I used a cream with AHA without realising , and i think that has caused me to have extremely sensitive skin around my mouth, neck and eyelids almost 3 years on,  What can I do to resolve this , has anyone experienced this?
