It would be great if your shop could update estimated shipping times. First class shows 3-8 business days, but this is completely inaccurate. When did you start using fed ex and dhl to deliver to the post office? Its so convoluted, and estimated shipping on my past and current order are 20 days. Thats outrageous. This has nothing to do with shipping delays, no other company has more than 2 weeks tops for delivery and this is for short supply items like masks.
