fosihjfoi 0 Share Posted March 2 I had this keloid/hypertrophic scar on my nose from a cystic acne.. which was so big AND red it looked inflamed (but did not hurt ) FOR 3 YEARS i had. I got done a lot of Pearl fractional laser which softened but didn't work completely . And it decided to pop up RED and BIG again. I decided to get cortisone shot done, which worked really well, flattened out the scar. It has been a week now, i think the scar came back up very slightly. (very tiny tho) I am scared it's going to get big and red again. Which laser would you recommend and Do i need to get another shot of cortisone? How can i prevent this scar from reoccurring? Please help as I lost so much self confidence over the past 3 years and as this is so mentally stressful Quote Link to post Share on other sites
