pimplish 0 Share Posted February 3 My mom took me a dermatologist and we found out that I had really severe acne because I had enlarged ovaries or something and a hormonal imbalance, so I was given birth control. I've been using this brand called Yazmin for around 7 months now, and if I'm being honest; there hasn't been a very big difference. If I tell my mom about it, she just says "if you say it, it'll come true." It's so annoying because I literally can't talk to her about any of my acne because she keeps saying that stupid phrase and I don't know why. She won't even let me buy any other products with MY OWN MONEY, and she says its because my acne is hormonal and products don't matter. I'm just wondering if you guys think my mom is right, and know why the birth control didn't make much difference in my skin even though I have a hormonal imbalance.
