Aleksandr199596 0 Share Posted January 22 (edited) Hello everyone, I'm from Russia, if I speak English poorly, I apologize, I translate through a translator. What can replace the TCA cross (with what procedures) for boxcars to smooth the edges? It's just that we in Russia do not carry out tsa-cross procedures Edited January 22 by Aleksandr199596

You will need to find a scar specialist, not just any laser operator.

Вам нужно будет найти специалиста по шрамам, а не просто оператора лазера. We do not have individual doctors dealing with scars, there are general cosmetologists. Unfortunately, progress comes to us with a huge delay. Basically a combination of subcision and immediately after RF microneedling or laser co 2. Is this combination suitable for rolling scars and boxcars? What is the best RF microneedling or CO2 laser for these types of scars?

Please take photos as outlined in the following instruction: Angled lighting is an approach used to create a heavy shadow that will accentuate the scar for better evaluation as shown below. This is done by pointing a bright light perpendicular (90-degree) to the angle of the camera lens. See below. Also don't shoot so close that it only shows the cheek. Try to include other parts of the face (eg. nose, mouth and/or ear). This will give better perspective of the scar size.
Aleksandr199596 0 Author Share Posted January 26 There is no time yet to upload a photo. Just give some advice. Is it possible instead of TCA Cross to make RF microneedling on freight wagons scars? Will it be as effective as TCA CROSS?

If so, RF micro will not be as good as TCA. One reason is because it penetrates the skin vertically. It won't be able to hit the scar borders. Also, unlike TCA, it's not ablative in nature, meaning it doesn't completely remove the skin's top layer.
