How to get rid of hyperpigmentation scars

Hello, 

I have been using acne.org for about 8 months now. The BP has helped my breakouts and now all I’m left with is the acne scars. I have been using the AHA as well but it hasn’t helped. I didn’t peel at all with it the way others did and the scars are very dark on my brown skin. I also can’t use laser as I’ve tried it before and it left me with more scars. What can I do to fade my scars?
