Those are boxcar scars with defined borders. I suggest subcision and TCA Cross. Subcision is to cut any scar fibers causing the depression and TCA Cross is to smooth out the hard edges.

Should I do both of these treatments at a time or one after another? What would be moreeffective? And could you please tell me what are the chances of getting hyperpigmentation from TCA Cross?

You can get both at the same time. To minimize hyperpigmentation, I suggest you apply skin bleaching cream (eg. hydroquinone) at least 4 weeks prior to the date of treatment. It can also be applied as soon as the scabs fall off. Finally, it takes roughly 3 months for full collagen production, soyou should wait 3 months before scheduling another treatment.
