I see you have all types of scars - rolling, boxcar, and icepicks, but from my opinion most of your scars are boxcar and rolling types.

I think you start with a number of subcision treatments with either canula or nokor. You can combine subcision with filler, but since your scars are widespread, it is going to cost a lot if you do filler.After the scar tissues are cut, I think you can start with either RF/lasers for resurfacing purpose.

For icepicks, you can try high concentration TCA cross, but since you have Fitz IV/V skin, this treatment tends to have more side effects on darker skins.
