I think her scars were probably very fresh in the top pic so early RF would have helped a lot. She mostly had minor/shallow rolling scars in the lower cheek/jaw area which do very well with fillers. I don't think she got lasers done.

Her scarring is so mild. Probably tretinoin, intensive skincare, peels andfacials regularly. I think her sister Kim is into "vampire" facials with PRP. Mildlasermaybe and RFmicroneedling.

It's possible the new photos were shopped/airbrushed, photo trickery is very easy.
