Well,
For me cereal and milk in the morning its a must,
so if anyone could recommend me which cereal can i eat? i was having muesli at the moment, whit no added suggar etc, but i heard it not good, also having almond milk but also not good,
please any help really appreciated

Kashi Cinnamon Harvest Organic Whole Wheat Biscuits.
Kashi Heart to Heart Honey Toasted Oat Cereal.
Quaker Honey Nut Oatmeal Squares.
For milk:
Cashew milk.
Soy milk.
Almond milk.
Coconut milk.
Hemp milk.
Oat milk.
Pea milk.
