Will Medium or Deep Chemical Peels Destroy Filler?

I'm in the process of getting filler for volume loss caused by acne scars but also planning on getting a phenol peel to remove what I'd call severe hyperpigmentation from sports. My concern is if I do get a permanent filler like Bellafill or a collagen booster like Sculptra/Radiesse, should I advise on not getting the deep or even a medium chemical peel. Subcision has worked in addition to suction and RF/Microneelding but the damn light on my face still makes me feel very insecure because I work in a night time environment.

It depends on the type of filler and how deep it's injected. But normally there shouldn't be any problem. However, I advise you get the filler at least 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after the peel in question. You want to allow the filler to harden and settle into place, otherwise swelling from the peel can disrupt with this process.
