Subcision with filler question

Recommended Posts

I already have done one session of subcision with filler about a month ago. If I'm going to do it one more session, is filler still needed? Or should I just do it without filler?

You don't need filler unless you're subcising new scars. However, keep in mind that fillers can last over 6 months. Subcising the same scars again will only mess up the existing filler, like moving it out of place.

So in that case, do you recommend to wait 6 months so the filler will be gone by then? Or should I move on to other treatments like tca cross/rf needling etc.?

I attach some pictures here.

First one is without makeup on, and second one with makeup on.

As you can see my scars are pretty shallow and small but many in number.

I honestly would want to avoid doing tca cross since there arent many practitioners in my area who do it(and I'm not sure how skilled they are) and also I'm afraid in case it goes wrong :(

There shouldn't be any problem getting other treatments. RF micro or laser is just fine. Either one shouldn't have any negative interaction with the existing filler.
