Is PRP useful after TCA?

Hello,

Would PRP be useful to aid scar and general healing after a TCA full face peeling or TCA CROSS? Injected or spread all over the area?

I guess a doc would be the most qualified to answer this, if anyone knows doc opinions on this or has experience with the treatment let me know!

Another question, is PRP useful as scar filler after subcision/microneedling, or used as filler alone?

Thanks!

It's more a hype than science. Even Dr Lim statesPRP is useful for, well, nothing.

You shouldn't use PRP as spacer since, unlike filler, it will get absorbed by the surrounding tissues.

I don't know if we watched the same video, but he said that PRP accelerates healing time for some procedures like dermaneedling, and that would be good enough for me. What he didn't say is if PRP would help after TCA peels, and that's what i would like to know since i didn't really find much about it.
