I have been using the regimen for six weeks now. I have been doing the regimen in the morning and at night. The only thing I use at night is the benzoyl peroxide because it dries my skin and makes it red (that is why I only use it at night and not in the morning). The first picture is on week 3, the second picture is on week 4 and the last picture is from week 6. I feel that my acne is spreading and I am very worried. I have been suffering from acne only 6 months and I do not want it to get worse.

Personally I do it once a day only (before bed) as it's a bit irritating for the skin to do it twice (as well as inconvenient). You have to moisturise after using the BP and don't use too much BP if it's irritating your skin a lot. Apply it gently. If it doesn't work after a few months, you may be one of the few people it doesn't help, but it's helped me massively for years.
