I™ve always been acne prone, but my skin cleared up for a year or so and got little to no acne. But out of no where I began to get pimples, texture and some red spots. Has anyone had similar skin to mine? How can I fix it? I am currently using CeraVe Foaming cleanser, the ordinary glycolic acid 7% toning solution and CeraVe moisturizing cream. What products do you all suggest? 62D82BCB-A5DE-4B21-9696-81D68F9CAACA.jpeg.457dcde120341e9b110e8af48404bbff.jpeg

Seems like retentional acne for the most part but your skin is not bad. Switch your glycolic to salicylic 2%( paula's choice bha lotion is a good one) since bha is oil soluble meaning is goes deep into your pores. And let the lotion really sink into your skin a couple of minutes before moisturising. Adapt the frequency to your skin sensitivity and build from there.Make sure your clanser is sulfate-free (too irritant) and add a simple gel moistuiser without any pore clogging ingredients like facetheory supergel m3. You could experience a purge during the first weeks, but you have to continue. AlsoMaybe try a sulfur mask to cut down the inflammation during a purge.

Your skin looks really good actually

If you really want to clear those small bumps, some intermittent fasting/beef only diets will help clear these issues as they are probably just small food intolerances
