Why is Infini the "only" RF Microneedling Device that we should go for?

I've been doing a lot of research for microneedling devices with radio-frequency (RF) and notice that when "acne scars" and "rf microneedling" are tossed in the same sentence on Google, "Infini RF" almostalwaysis the one and only choice for acne scar sufferers. The company that makes Infini really played the social media and SEO game well. You never hear about the other RF devices that we may have come across likeIntracelorFractora Firm; they almost don't exist at this point in the game. Is there a clear cut reason for this? The pamphlets made by the manufacturers of the respective devices almost all say that these devices work in almost the same exact fashion and have the same characteristics - needles that apply heat at a custom setting to match depth and strength of the needled area. Is it perhaps because Infini just has that much marketing power and influence with Dr. Weiner, Dr. Emer, andDr. Lim promoting their machine on YouTube as well as RealSelf?

I ask this because even with an RF device that isn't as well known, we still could be getting a good treatment with an "off-label" machine at possibly a fraction of the cost. In addition, it seems not a lot of dermatologist offices can even afford the Infini machine and have to use a similar machine that can offer the same effects.

If you received treatment from another RF microneedling device that wasn't Infini how were your results? Did you get continuous improvement over the collagen regrowth period of 3-6 months? How much did you pay?

One major difference is that Infini RF has insulated needles, whereas Intensif, Secret, Vivace, and others do not. With insulation, the energy is shot at the tip of the needle. Without insulation, the power is delivered throughout the entire needle, from top to bottom, and you end up with burns from the surface down to the deep layer (dermis).

Not according to their own website ( http://scarletrf.com/scarlet-prodcut-info/ ). Non-insulated tips might be better for light complexion, but Infini will be better suited for darker skin.

So what do we think about Vivace? Is there a risk of damange because Vivace does not have insulated needles like Infini / Genius does?
