Hi, I™m so sorry that you™re going through this! Not so long ago I was feeling the same exact way, I thought my life was over and I could never be happy again. Dealing with the emotional side of having scars on your face is difficult, I remember very vividly the pain, shame and hopelessness that comes with it. Please take care of your mental health as well and seek professional help if you feel like this is taking over your life. It is going to be a long journey, you have to be patient, but every single scar can be improved to some degree and the technology is always developing. Dr. Emil Henningsen is right across the border in Denmark, I had a very positive experience with him, and he probably is the best in Europe when it comes to treating scars. You should dm some pictures of your scars to beautifulambition and ask his advice on treatments and specialists. You will overcome this and learn to love yourself again, I promise the day will come when looking into a mirror won™t be an issue anymore. In the meantime don™t forget that you are much more than your appearance!

@ the thing ist no one can tell me what time of scars I have, I have a deep crater on my upper cheek, I think that this is a big ruling scar.
My mental health is really breaking a part. I don't want to have any contact with people because my mood is very bad and I don't want to pull these people down with my bad mood. I just think that I am a negative person right know and that no one should see me because I would chase them away with my bad mood, but actually I just want to be happy :(.
Go to Dr Henningsen , its close, from Germany u can even go with car. Theres nothing that Dr Lim does, that Dr Emil cannot do.
Yes he does subcision of course.
@Stef3000If you post a picture (try to use angled lighting), members on this forum can help you identify your scar type. Of course, feel free to block out your eyes or the rest of your face. If you want more professional opinions, you can post your pictures on Realself.com. Dermatologists and other skin experts can help you there.
@Zephyr101 I did post some pictures on RealSelf.com, but I got a lot of different options on what I should do, the problem is, that my skin type ist skin type 4 or 5 and that I can't do every treatment that is available e.g CO2 laser.
Well some doctors claim that some lasers work and some other doctors say that I doesn't and this makes me really insecure in my decision.
Do you think I should post some pictures in this thread ? or where should I post them ? I would do anything to receive some help.

I just contact dr. Henningsen and I might book an appointment when the borders open up again. I just hope that I won't take too long to get an appointment.

Yes he does,thats exactly why I went to see him. He did subcision with filler and TCA for 5 000DKK, but my face is pretty messed up so you will probably geta better offer.
