If anyone could recommend some products that would help my acne, I am currently using Cetaphil gentle cleanser, as well as their spf moisturizer. Thanks for taking the time to read this, it is greatly appreciated.

Try a retinoid like adapalene or Retin-A. You can get prescription strength for either from a doctor. Adapalene 0.1% (Differni) is offered over the counter if you want to start at a lower strength first.

I would try dapson 5% gel! I never knew about it until last year and its been a godsend for me. Everyones skin is different but all over topicals never worked for my type of acne. Dapsone is a spot treatment (you cant use it all over the face as it will build resistance over time) and when I put it on the early stages of an inflamed pimple, they go down and never become a whitehead.

10% Niacinamide + 1% Zinc seems to work for many people.

Hmm, I tried that for a bit and it didnt seem to work although I may have been applying it at the wrong time and the wrong way. I might go back and try it again. Thanks!
