Have you tried any of these:

1. Shea Butter

2. Raw Honey

3. Lemon Juice

4. Oats

5. Baking Soda

I see lemon juice suggested by others on the web, but it's terrible for your skin. I've talked to two derms who said that the high acidity can damage your skin, which makes sense. Best case scenario is you mightlighten dark marks, but not worth the possible side effects. And it won't do anything for atrophic scars.

Does the derminator actually work? I've bought one but always been afraid to use it.

Lemon works. Also, apple cider vinegar soap or just the vinegar itself if the soap is not available.

Yeah I would say it works, and works quite well. Just use a ton of hyaluronic acid so youre not creating new scars or making existing ones worse. I think its shallowed out my scars quite a lot

Derminator does work yes. Ive personally used it and have combined glycolic and tca peels IMMEDIATELY (you will have downtime doing this but major textural improvement)

remember any treatment you do is only as good as the aftercare... if your skin can handle aquaphor without breaking out you need that on 24/7 with Saram wrap to seal it in for 1-2 weeks after the tx then follow up with high quality serums and moisturizer

What does your after-care look like? Do you apply any of the following: retinyl palmitate, vitamin C?

Thanks,

Nick

Unfortunately, none of those remove atrophic scars. If any of them did, it would be well known and scars wouldn't be a big deal

Lol, it sounds super risky, knowing nothing else. Probably not something you want to attempt.
