Charlotteswebb 0 Share Posted March 16, 2020 Hi there, I’m in my mid 40’s and started taking accutane a week ago for hormonal cystic acne. I’m on 20mg every second day and in the last 24-48 hours have developed muscle spasms/sharp pain where it feels as though someone is prodding me with a needle. Has anyone else experienced this and does it eventually wear off? also.. is constipation normal?! Link to post Share on other sites
