This is a longshot because it's so far away but I go to Dr. Dan Bennett in Overland Park KS and they do face for $500. Don't quote me on this because I think they charge differently for different cases.

You really shouldn't go looking for the cheapest doctor. If you do that, you get what you pay for.

You just have to make sure to avoid the scammy doctors who overcharge

I'm in California as well and on average I've seen them go for around 3k for 3 sessions for full face.  I have not researched prices extensively but these are what I have noticed.

I got quotes from Dr Christine lee in Walnut Creek,CA office for $800 with staff, $1500 with MD .

Dr Hessler in Palo Altoalto quoted $2700 for 3 sessions done by RN or $1350 each.

My friend saw Dr. Ransom in SF and got Infini done for $1,000 but this was several years ago.

Dr. Lee's prices are rip-offs. She has some of those most outrageous pricing in the Bay Area.
