I need help identifying my scars type and treatment suggestion, please.

I've done some laser treatments in the past liek Fraxel, CO2 etc., but with no success. All derms that i went to seemed to care more about the money than helping.

I'm using dermaroller at home, and also I'm applying tretinoin on my face every night.

My scars are multiplying every year and I don't know what do to. They have ruined my relationships and my confidence. I feel like a monster and can't look people in the eyes

here are some example photos. My scars are all over my face and are looking way worse in person and in some lights...20200213_161626.jpg.9da7bebe77b4ea19df78c853639a82c4.jpg20200213_222810.jpg.55f17b3f578f635d18b011023685f2a3.jpg

Yes, lasers won't do much at this stage. You need at least 5 subcision (maybe with fillers) sessions, and a few RF miconeedling. I have scars similar to yours and they improved quite well.

But the result it is permanent? Or you have to repeat the treatment every year?

There's a limit to how much subcision you can do. You will know it when you see no result.

New collagen that is produced by any treatment is permanent. Of course, your skin will lose collagen the older you grow, so you can do a touch up occasionally ofRF microneedling if you want. Once a year if you want.
