There are a dizzying array of treatments. What are some of the most "effective" treatments that would resolve the scarring shown in the photo below? And how "effective" are they? Will they get rid of them almost completely or just make a 50% improvement, etc. ?

I know each case is different but just trying to get a general idea. Money is not an obstacle (within reason). The actual amount of scarring is worse than indicated in the photo. Thank you.
