I've been dealing with this for almost 2 years & on the same 3 spots. Any idea of what this might be?Snapchat-435105721.jpg.8aa25ba24b29564d545ee79be08704a3.jpg

Looks like hives to me the way are almost blister like. Also your skin looks very dry and peely in places. What is your cleansing andmoisturising routine?

I am prone to hives when stressed or my skin acid mantle is out of whack from using certain products.

My advice to you would be to stop all skincare products for a while, including soap. Just use water on your face, pat dry and then try some sort of anti histamine or even cover the affected areas in sudocream before bed. If using makeup then remove it with something like a baby wipe.

Another thing to try is splashing carbonated water on your face twice daily. Carbonated water is actually the same ph as skin and the bubbles help remove dirt.

Definitely not hives, going on 2 years with this on the exact same spots and seems like it's just getting worse. For my routine I do vanicream facial cleanser, thayers alcohol free rose petal toner and vanicream moisturizer.

I would consider looking into fungal acne. It happens when your yeast level are high, which causes inflammation. An array of treatments to help from ketoconazole to other fungal meds. Probiotics can help. If this has been going on for 2 years, you needs to see a dermatologist to get a definitive answer whether this is fungal acne or something else so that you can treat it properly and not waste your time and money.

Yeah I actually tried the dandruff shampoo method for a while with no noticable difference so I stopped doing it. I went to the dermatologist a couple months ago but she didn't know what it was so she wanted to do a biopsy. I've been trying to figure it out before having to get one done but it's looking like that might be my only option :(
