Acne scar treatments

I've done a ton of microneedling myself, but don't think it's done that much for my scars. I think I have mainly rolling scars? I'm researching where I should go to get some treatments done, but don't know what would be best in my situation. Should I try a Co2/erbium laser, Infini RF, or subcision first? I'm willing to go anywhere in the US, since locally I can't find any acne scar specialists. I can also go to Vancouver, Canada since I live close. I'd appreciate any suggestions. The first 2 pics are my left side, which is the worst and the 3rd is right side.

Definitely subcision first. You'll "soften" the scars with that. Do as many sessions of that until you see no result, then go on to RF microneedling.

Why not both at the same time?

Ah good question, you could! It all boils down to price.I only say subcision first because it usually gives better result at a lower price, so knowing how much result subcision gives will determine how many rf treatments you'll need.

True, depends on price. I'm doing combination treatments at the moment so both at the same time. I'd rather visit the Dr less frequently too since hes not nearby to me!

What's considered a low price?

How much are you paying for your subcision and where? RF microneedling?

That's what I thought. Not too many doctors are doing it so it's hard to find someone, especially someone who's experienced.

Good question. I say around USD$200 per session is considered low, but again, it's a case by case, depending on severity of scars. Longer time in clinic definitely means more money.

I pay about SGD$200 per session for subcision, and SGD$600 per rf microneedling. This is in Singapore. I'm with the same derm for more than a decade, so my prices may not be accurate as he charges me a lower amount.

Subcison, yea, it's indeed falling out of favour amongst some derms. Some argue RF microneedling can replace subcision in most cases, and in my case, it is true. There is a limit to how much subcision can improve, and then RF "picks up" from there.
