Small bumps on cheeks, pls help!

Hi All,

I always had skin problems and especially on my cheeks, but when I introduced acids to my routine my cheeks were pretty clear, until winter. I started to get little tiny bumps, definitely smaller than I used to, and you can’t most of the time see them under makeup or only under special light, but I can definitely feel them when I wash my face and it’s been driving me crazy. Does anyone have any idea what they can be? Is it normal acne or some type of keratosis pilaris? I double cleanse, use salicylic acid twice a day, than I put The Ordinary Niacinamide serum and in the morning I use Vitamin C serum. I am open to any suggestions at this stage. Can it be dehydration of skin? Use more acids or to try to eliminate them?
