Forehead subcision — is it dangerous?

I have the option to undergo subcision to treat some tethered scars on my forehead. From what I’ve read, this seems like it can be a risky procedure.

What are your thoughts? What are the risks? Is there an alternative for tethered forehead scars?

What are the risks? I did it and I'm still alive

If anything, it did nothing to improve my tethered scars on my forehead.....

How many treatments did you have done? Have you found any other types of treatment that work well for forehead scarring?

Dermal fillers are considered very dangerous in forehead area, thats because there are a lot of important blood vessels, which are connected with the eye. The filler could travel if injected with (accidentally) filler, it could implant behind the eye, cause infection and potential blindness. Same logic with general infection, it is a possibility. Everything must be sterile. Hence a doctor should do it.
Otherwise, subcision is good for forehead scars. I've done it, with some results. They might re-tether in the future. Every case is different

Are PRP and PRF considered dermal fillers in this case?

Any recommendations for top subcision specialists in the US?

I have done it with the filler 2 times. Without the filler zero result. It improved the scars about 20%...

No, PRP and PRF are not considered as fillers.
