The answer is it depends. You do not want to needle when your skin is scabbing obv. and you don't want to needle if you see hyper/hypo pigmentation which you may or may not get depending on your skintype. Needling hyper pigments can push it down further and make it harder to clear. Most people clear hyper and hypo pigmentsin 6-8 weeks.
