PRP as a spacer?

8 hours ago, 49ersFan said:

Does anyone know after subcision if PRP is being injected into the skin it can be used as a spacer so your scars won't retether?

No it won't help with spacing like a filler would. PRP is more for helping with healing. You need filler like Voluma or Volbella to help with scars from retethering. Sculptra can also help as well. I did voluma with subcision #2 and when I went it four months later for subcision #3, there was almost no retethering of scars. Ended up getting Sculptra with #3 and looks good. Gonna wait at least 6 months for subcision #4. Good luck.
