What are my best options for this scarring?

They don't seem that deep. You can start with dermaroller/dermapen every 6 weeks up to 3months and see how it goes. You can try and strech the scars - if they disappear, they are not tethered and you would not benefit from subcision. If they don't you can get several rounds of subcision, with or without fillers. Hope this helps

I disagree, it's a moderate case but still see some depth, it's a hard to tell from this photo, need flourecent overhead lighting or angled lighting. Would skip the dermapen unless you don't mind paying for it or learning how to do it at home (derminator), and go find someone that can do phenol cross/tca cross, subcision and fillers.

I would not do Bellafill right out of the gate.   You should try a temporary HA filler first to gauge the skill of the doctor and to know for certain you like the look before you commit.  It is permanent despite some doctors claiming it only lasts 5 years.  That's just simply false.
