Punch excision on nose are done to remove cancerous cells/tumors. Those are extremly agressive methods, nose is not an area that u can predict what will happen, probably no surgeon will perform excision/nose flap on a nose scar that is not disfigured. U better hope to find anyone skilled and able to do TCA cross, if its too deep, up to 100%.

This is one example of basal cell carcinoma area excised look how deep this is. This patient went to a nose flap(nose reconstruction) to fix this and was left with scarring.

Unfortunately no doctors are familiar with smaller than 1,0mm diameter punch excisions for scar revision, so your best bet at the very moment is TCA cross
