@DustyDoublingHi there I help treat this all the time. Be aware that the nose is a terrible place to heal. It's not"skin" but a bunch of cartilage - sebum - pores.

For small box cars and icepicks, ... you do tca cross paint on for the larger box cars - just to the base of the scar, make sure you goto a good Dr as it takes some skill. Takes several sessions.

RF needling is also effective here,

You can then do co2 or erbium resurfacing.

Be aware it will never be glass smooth, that is not realistic, just improved.

In some countries they do punch excision, but any time we cut - surgery - there is possible complications.

Which technique, RF microneedling vs TCA cross, would make the most difference in this case? Which would you consider to be the safest on the nose?

I can't emphasize the importance of going to a good doctor. I have the same issue as you and my scar got even worse after going to the derm. In fact Im about to post my issue now.

Similar nose to yours, I tried infini but that didn't work at all.
