Thank you for posting your video, we normally do not allow advertising as this is your first post of any practitioner which can be seen as marketing, but I might use this as a teaching example.

My thoughts on your video:

1) She is not an acne scar specialist, as such her improvements are limited to your outcome. I would consider her more of a exert filler injector.

2) This is not subcision. But as I have told many they can consider anything subcision where tethers are broken. You, of course, could get better results with cannula subcision throughout the scared areas.

3) Though you can use HA fillers for this task, I would have used different fillers on you as HA filler's are not as long lasting, but as long as your happy that is all that matters. Examples: Over Dilute Radiesse, Sculptra. These both last longer and stimulate collagen, ... I don't know if the practitioner has the skill to use them though as she mainly uses HA in her videos.

4) Your scarring is not very bad to begin with, I had a hard time observing the before and afters of any scars, ... she did not do a good job highlighting with angled lighting or a flashlight your scars, as such we really do not know the issue or improvement from the b&a. Your scaring would seem very minimal compared to most cases I help here.

- Regardless as long as your happy that is all that matters, for this type of textural scarring perhaps now you can do some tca peels a -local med spa. It is interesting seeing what a basic - not specialized acne scar dr ..., but expert injector would do for acne scarring and filler. I am often asked what is an expert injector and this is what I mean by someone who just does filler all day, and that's most of their career.

- If you need further help post here an angled lighting picture of yourscars using shadows or a flashlight.

Thanks for the feedback! Since I was being filmed in-studio and the lights it did not do the justice of my scarring. Scarring aside I have troublesome and big patches of fat loss, which is hard to see because of all the lights. As I am moving forward, I am looking into different filler options, but this was a great experience to test out how I feel about injecting stuff into my face
