@chrishankHi Chris,
Thanks you for including your pictures that is helpful 😉
You have:
Shallow textural box scars, some icepicks / large pores, and some hyperpigmentation
For box cars like this paint on tca on the scar beds will help, some subcision, filler or Chinese cupping for a month after, and some laser will help...

Hi, BA
I was wondering like what if I just do only Infiniti RF needling PRP will that get good result? Like what would the result be like without subcision?
I am also curious like which of the scars require filler? would it be possible to do without them they are not permanent so i am quite skeptical..
As for lasers I am just really unsure about it. Like doesn'tRF needling does the same thing? Lastly, for skin texture is it a must to go to laser?
Hi Chris I narrowed down the above for you.
RF needling, prp, ... co2 low density on the borders of your box cars. Your scars are so superficial you might not need subcision. You can dermastamp the scars at home or get something like the derminator and use the single needle attachment to needle the scar walls to soften them monthly. Glycolic peels also can be rotated to work on texture.
Without examining you I would not say your scars require filler, but chinese cupping can be done on these shallow scars for a month after subcision if it's needed, see a Dr who can feel your scars and look under indirect light. It does not matter if filler is not temporary, ... this is not understanding it's purpose, it's a spacer.
RF needling is not the same thing as laser, laser is stronger. RF needling would work at the bottom of your scar to hopefully generate softening, laser works from the top of the scar.
No for texture you can do peels.
