This is most likely fungal acne not ordinary acne. The bumps are highly indicative of fungal acne.

Fungal acne is and other fungal problems are caused by prescription meds, usually antibiotics, and also birth control pills, prednisone and possibly accutane, and sometimes by skin moisture (sweat).

Do the following to get rid of fungal acne -

1. Buy and apply clotrimazole anti-fungal cream (no prescription required) 2-3 times a day. TOPICAL antifungal creams are TOTALLY safe.

2. Wash your hair in an antidandruff shampoo.

3. Do NOT use any organic oils or moisturisers with organic oils on the skin with "acne". Malasezzia fungus (which causs acne) feeds on organic oils and all fungus loves moisture.

4. Do NOT exfoliate your skin or use anything harsh on it.

If you get back to me with answers to the following questions, I can provide more targeted information for your situation.

Do you have one or more of the following - white tongue, dandruff, flaking skin, toenail fungus, itchy skin, red rashes, sinus problems, gut problems, unexplained tiredness, "brain fog" or headaches.

Have you taken antibiotics or any other meds ??? If you have taken antibiotics which ones have you taken ?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

What products should I use then? I haven™t been on any medication and currently I™m using the yes to tomatoes charcoal bar soap, and zinc pryrthonite, witch hazel as a toner and aloe Vera gel as a moisturizer with this feta Phil spf 30 sunscreen.

Amanarock

We have crossed posts ! See my recent post - copied below. My apologies for asking you the same questions...

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From the photos and your symptoms, you have classic fungal acne. Fungal acne is often (very) cystic.

Fungal acne is caused by taking antibiotics, prednisone, birth control pills (if female!) and some other meds, possibly including accutane.

Try applying the following treatments to control the fungal acne -

1. Buy clotrimazole topical antifungal cream (often sold as Canesten - no prescription needed) and apply it to the areas with "acne" 2-3 times a day. If you can get it, also buy and apply nystatin cream (sometimes sold as Mycostatin).

2. Wash your hair in an antidandruff shampoo.

3. Do NOT apply any moisturisers or organic oils to the areas with the "acne" unless your skin becomes verydry. Fungus loves moisture.

If you can get it, buy some oral Nilstat - that should solve your brain fog problem. Oral Nilstat is sold to get rid of mouth candida fungus (ie, thrush) but you swallow it and it will get rid of candida in the gut. Candida in the gut causes brain fog because candid makes aldehydes, which ae the same chemicals that cause hangovers.

Topical antifungal creams and oral Nilstat are safe.

Do you have a white tongue or dandruff ? Have you taken antibiotics, or other meds in the last year or two ? If you have taken antibiotics, which antibiotics have you taken ?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

HI, I am lizie from Australia. I will help you to banish your acne scars [Edited link out] . my bits of advice isput an ice cube on your acne which is located on your face and use aloe vera medicine for best effect also drink water daily 6-7 liters.

Ive been using aloe Vera gel as a moisturizer and havent got any results. Is there any other powerful way for me to get rid of scarring?

Do you want to get rid of "acne" or do you want to get rid of "scars". The treatments for the two things are quite different.

I cannot see any point in getting rid of scars until you have got rid of your (fungal) acne.

Do NOT NOT NOT moisturise your skin - FUNGUS LOVES MOISTURE. MOISTURISING SKIN WITH FUNGAL ACNE MAKS THE ACNE WORSE AND WORSE AND MOISTURISING CAN CAUSE FUNGAL ACNE

Thanks. That makes sense.

I strongly suggest that you follow the information that I have provided in my post above, ie,

From the photos and your symptoms, you have classic fungal acne. Fungal acne is often (very) cystic.

Try applying the following treatments to control the fungal acne -

1. Buy clotrimazole topical antifungal cream (often sold as Canesten - no prescription needed) and apply it to the areas with "acne" 2-3 times a day.

Topical antifungal creams are totally safe.

Do you have a white tongue or dandruff ? Apologies if you answered this question on another post.

I am happy to hear back from you.
