You have many icepicks, boxcars, and some hyperpigmentation. Regarding a provider I would see Dr Emil in Denmark.
I can see needling not helping this alone .... nor should it. It's great as a at home treatment between Dr's visits.

Checkout the main scar treatments sub, find the FAQ pinned on top there, goto the bottom, there are Dr's or call around and ask who does cannula subcision or nokor subcision (needle type) to dermatologists and or plastic surgeons, consult a few before you decide who you like, even if you have to pay as treatment is expensive, better like them. Ask how many subcisions they do a month and if they treat your skin type. If they just do laser run they will just blast you and not solve your issue.

@drop07Emil should be fine for you 😉 Germany does not have excellent practitioners (even they travel), but if you wish to look at the FAQ in the main scar treatments sub, pinned at the top there, goto the providers section and countries.
I am sure you can find someone in Turkey to do the work, Turkish Dr's can be trained in the USA or Europe so they do cheaper procedures there in your country for foreigners. Look at Instagram, Youtube, and Facebook for tca cross and a major city by you. RF microneedling can be found everywhere in med spas and Drs. Filler there are a bunch or expert injectors who can do your filler if needed locally to where you live, don't have to stay with one dr. Lots of Dr's have lasers in Turkey, look at the reviews.
Otherwise you have Emil to get started and supplement with local providers.
@drop07This could means fat grafting, lipo = liposuction ... ask him to make doubly sure or he is using it as a term for filler. Not many use fat grafting anymore for scars, we use a HA filler, ... why because less side effects. Fat is still popular in Eastern Europe and some other places, but it has lost favor with more moldable fillers that have consistent results. Please consult with 3 providers not just one before treating as you want to make sure you make the best choice for yourself.
