Okay I'm gonna take nothing for a month

Well lie many people here I've been taking a lot of supplements, weird herbal remedies and things like that, and they all seem to be helping.

But I'm gonna go off them for a few months and I'll tell anyone if ther eis any difference.

Personally this route is too expensive right now, and maybe it isn't doing anything at all?

Anyway, it was just a thought.

If you are eating a balanced diet then supplements aren't necessary anyway. The only thing i'd bother to supplement with is possibly a low dosage of (< 50mg) Zinc which has been shown in some studies to provide benefits to acne sufferers.

Go supplement free -- most doctors will agree that a regular balanced diet provides all the nutrients you need. Zinc hasn't particularly been linked to any kind of cure as much as theoretical thinking that it may; not needed.

well i've been taking primrose oils, flaxseed, burdock, milk thistle as well as vitamins.

I'm ditching it all. I se no difference after 4 days but its too ealy to tell right now

I am skeptical how mere tiny changes in vitamins,oils or zinc can really make a real change in acne.

But I find water is the best for sure!

YOURE BRAVE! IM ON MINOCYICLINE AND I WENT OFF OF IT (MOSTLY CAUSE I LOST THE BOTTEL LOL) AND MY SKIN BROKE OUT SO KNOW IM SCARED TO GET OFF OF IT TO EVEN TRY SOMETHIN NEW
