I have finally cleared/managed my moderate, persistent adult acne using diet. I've tried accutane (multiple times), antibiotics, Retin-A, benzoyl peroxide etc...
- No dairy (or casein, whey)
- No sugar
- No/low fodmaps
- No/low carb (sweet potatoes/rice okay)
- Nicotinamide Riboside supplement
- Water
- 16 hour intermittent fasting
