@RustX2Ok those pictures are not very good to evaluate what is doing on, not close enough or clear enough, I often need directional light or a flashlight for shadows. It looks like it might be a boxcar. You can get some subcision done and some HA filler. It will take several treatments. RF needling is effective for boxcars or you can do some CO2 laser to soften the borders of the scar.

With one scar it might be worth forgoing all that and just doing a punch excision and some stitches, because that would just take care of 1 small scar.

Please see a few plastics and dermatologists, see a Dr you feel best with. I would consider a Punch excision or a punch float, discuss with them that. The above plan is a alternative if they do not feel that is appropriate.
