I posted on here a few months ago, my acne has gotten better since then but it still not perfect. I will insert pictures but on my forehead I have blackheads and skin coloured bumps that contain blackheads/whiteheads. On my cheeks I have blackheads but also get under the skin pimples that go away within a few days but often leave a reddish hyperpigmentation. On my chin I have many whiteheads/skin coloured bumps that are very hard to be removed and when I squeeze them often dont come out. For my face in the evening I use neutrogena salicylic acid oil free cleaner and a few days ago began using the pixi mud cleanser with 5% gylcolic acid, I use these two together by mixing them washing my face. I then use a mix of apple cider vinegar, witch hazel and water and apply it to my face with my hands. Then I use my glossier the solution which is a 10% mix of bha, aha and pha. I then use a terta-benzoyl/clhymida mixture that my doctor gave me a while ago (I dont really know what this does but it did lessen a few active pimples I had once) I finish off by moisturizing with cetaphil daily moisturizer for face and body. I believe I have 2 or 3 active acne legions right now. (Chin/forehead)

Have you been to see an actual dermatologist? They will be able to provide stronger medication like a retinoid. I also recommend diet and lifestyle changes in conjunction to skin care. Some people find success with that. You may want to cur or limit dairy and gluten as well as processed foods while adding in many fruits and veggies, good meats and nuts/seeds.

Ur acne looks very surface level which is a good thing means its probably easily treatable. U have a good amount of blackheads that I want to squeeze for you LOL JK but I would def recommend going to a facialistand paying for a series of monthly facials for a few months so she can consistently clean and extract all that bacteria out of your pores.

Also I would watch your diet. You might want to try eliminating dairy? Meaning all cows milk and cows milk products butter etc.

second, make sure your products are all non comedogenic and dont have ingredients that can clog pores.

Your acne doesnt look too deep which is a good thing. Go to the facialist. Good luck

Do you wash your face or shower in hot water? If so, stop right now. I posted my success story earlier today:

If you haven't tried going totally dairy free I highly recommend giving it a try for at least one month. I've had incredible results and I wish I had done it sooner.
