I couldn't open your pic of your right cheek. Have you considered trying dermaroller?

@Aron08 He Aron. The issue from your post is your tried CO2 laser first before doing any of the manual methods of scar work. You have box cars, rolling, and ice picks.

TCA Cross for the smaller icepicks and tiny linear scars. Several sessions.

4 sessions of aggressive subcision throughout the whole cheeks. You need filler as well for the deeper pits.

Do 3 sessions of rf needling between the subcisions. IT's great for box cars. Wait 3 months apart.

If you need more of a boost now you can do co2 laser to the boxcars angled to only his the scars border not the floor at 3-7% density and the highest power.

You can lastly for surface texture do a few tca acid peels or a erbium peel.

Picosure laser is great for your red skin that is discolored. It also simulates collagen.

I want you to use retin-a/tretinorin/differin nightly and a konjac arbutin cream to prevent discoloration and promote cell turnover. Stop whenever you treat, and then start once your healed.

All treatments should be 3 months apart - body is slow to heal, many take 3 years to treat. Everything is optional, treat when you have time and money.

TCA Cross and Subcision will help you most with filler.

You may dermastamp your scars between DR treatments at home once a month.

Follow BA, unless your dermatologist has special skills to hit your scars at angles with the correct CO2 laser focal length, its TCA all the way before any laser. Subcsion will also help. BA has it all covered, and you won't get better advice than from this moderator. He knows more about scar revision than anyone on this forum, for others reading this post. Be guided by him and not your normal dermatologist. He knows more about scar revision than 99% of 'scar revision plastics and or dermatologist'. Remember specialist only specialise in their line of work. Very few only specialise in acne scar revision, so at the end of the day they will know 'something about a lot of things', but not everything (within reason) on one topic; namely acne scarring.

i would do punch excision and elevation with possibility of grafting....that will get you the best result

and thats swelling will come back to the same.....you need surgical scar revision

@Aron08I don't wish to side track this post and cause a disagreement. Please look at tryinghard123 username by clicking on it on the left <============ of his posts. Sometimes others don't want ""you"" to succeed because they themselves area dealing with ""something else,"" please research the users post history it tells a different story. He thinks no one else will get improvement because he supposedly did not, he is the first person I even heard had 0% improvement from treatments - which seems statistically impossible, especially form filler being used. I told him every person is different, the way they heal, health concerns, the skill of their practitioner, the treatments that are done and their total % of improvement.

There is no doubt here that there is improvement between the sets of pics. OF course this may be swelling afterwards so it's best to evaluate between a month and a half to 3 months between treatments healing. As you know this is a long journey, where several procedures are needed. You will see with your own two eyes the things that work and give you the most healing, continue the journey.I have helped thousands of people with their acne scars, gain sucess. Let's let your healing be the guide. Why would someone just cut out a bunch of skin, that could lead to terrible results, think about it, ... very few expert plastic surgeon's in the world. The beauty of you above plan is it's scale-able right, ... you don't get results then you move onto something stronger ie. energy devices. If you want to have your skin cut out in the places that are non respondent at the end of the above plan you still can if you wish,I offer conservative natural healing using the bodyand new collagen response. I personally wouldn't do it as I have to help these botched cases often 😉 Any time you cut, ... you get a new surgical scar 😉

Good work, keep us updated with the excellent results.

We are still waiting for Trying Hard to show some kind of evidence to back up his claims. His posts on this forum are mainly just having a big vent against a certain doctor. He has stated that he got zero percent improvement from scar revision procedures, yet this didn't stop him from repeatedly coming back for more and more treatments. And over 20 years! You be the judge.

I wouldn't go back to the same doctor and do more treatments if I got zero improvement. Hmm.

You have some ice pick scars if your doctor have experience in TCA cross try to do one TCA cross session and then continue with subcision and microneedling or Rf needling

@Aron08Thank you for your patience we had a new years holiday recently.

You have severe scars, I do not know if your Dr is a expert but this is difficult to treat. The good news is your treating with subcision, and other manual methods before doing laser. I do see improvement. Now for the psychological and realistic parts. No one will have glass smooth skin after many acne scar treatments, they will look better, and softer. I always tell everyone it depends on how you heal, expect 50% improvement after many treatments, if you get more great.

** Please Note I offer to acne scar suffers a "more" "customized" (private) consultation than the above general advice. Analysis, answering questions, ongoing support by Private Messaging. Feel free to message me there. Be patient as I can get over 100+ of the worst acne scar cases to help, it "may" take me up to 48 hours to respond.

Checkout the main scar treatments sub, find the FAQ pinned on top there, goto the bottom, there are Dr's or call around and ask who does cannula subcision or nokor subcision (needle type) to dermatologists and or plastic surgeons, consult a few before you decide who you like, even if you have to pay as treatment is expensive, better like them. Ask how many subcisions they do a month and if they treat your skin type. If they just do laser run they will just blast you and not solve your issue.

Thanks for your Response @beautifulambition, I understood Everything now, Currently I only had 2 sessions of Subcision, PRP and DermaPen. I'll request my Dermatologist for few more sessions of Subcision. (Do you have any idea, Like which needle is best for me?) Then after this will undergo for Some sessions ofTca Cross,FillersandRF microneedling.

Honestly, it feels really depressingwhen You see all of your friends have Crystal Clear skin and you are the only one with such ugly skin, I can't really concentrate on my work and studies, and I don'thave guts to talk with someone without having fear of being judged.

Since last 4 years I was suffering from Acne and now after getting Acne treated, these ugly Scars,I changed alot of Doctors and I think the one which I am consulting now is good, I hope one day I will geta beautiful skin too.
