Kind of an interesting question here, so I had tca vross done on my ice pick scars and some of them are filling in nicely however I've noticed that the skin that its filling in with is kind of shiny and almost looks like actually scar tissue you would get if you got surgery etc (white, shiny looking). Is this normal? And if so why? Thanks

Any time we cut the skin or do any treatment in scar work, ... we replace the scar with a different scar, sometimes softened, sometimes raised and sometimes filled in. Your tissue is shinny as it's scar tissue (they are filling in). The texture should get better with time and healing of the body.

If you are hypopigmenting (loosing pigment) please discuss this with your physician as he can address your care best.
