Lasers do not help ice picks. Please Post a picture so I can help you with your issue based on your scarring. Scars make shadows, please use a flashlight or directional lighting.

We have a list of Dr's in the FAQ - first post of the acne scar sub, ... goto recommendations. If you find anyone else that does manual methods of scar work please let me know.

I see PIE or wounding post acne (reds). Picosure is very effective for this and to generate more collagen, also V-beam.

Your scars look like they are depressed boxcars - possibly young scars, ... e-matrix works great on young scars OR Infini RF is effective for this OR low density CO2 3-7% at the highest power...

For your icepicks tca cross is needed (several sessions).

You can then do some acid peel(s) for texture if you want like Glycolic or TCA.

BA

Dr Rullan is effective in San Diego, ... CAN have a hard time finding Acne scar Drs. We have a list of other Drs in the FAQ.

Treat when you have time and money, everything is optional, allow proper healing time between treatments. Use tretinorin or differin nightly with a konjac and arbutin cream.
