there is a wide range of factors when trying to understand what could be causing sudden breakouts. further research would be needed.

but whats your diet like? i take it your doing odd hours, would you be using Energy drinks or taking more sugar than normal?

one product which could help you is sudocrem.. but you have to use a very small amount otherwise the white cream makes you look like a clown. ( i use it)

- it is also worth noting there is some skin problems that mimic acne but are not - likefolliculitis, yeast/ fungal problem
