Hi I'm in Brisbane and I've had a pretty long history with acne scars that has included 3 fraxel treatments plus one treatment where I had skin taken from behind my ear and injected, along with subscision.
I'm 32 and I'm ready to take some more serious action to finally deal with this. I haven't had any treatment for over 7 years so I'm not really up to date on the latest techniques so any advice would be appreciated.

Those scars are downright hard to treat. Subcsion and other methods over months are needed. Your scars are now more prominent because dermal grafting cause 'idiosyncratic scarring'. When the Drtook the graft, and Nurse chopped them up, then the Drnicked the atrophic areas to fill the scars? Well, you had stitches with 6'0 Nylon for 4 days, you were restricted in your activities etc... Now that one has aged, you have loss fat in the area. The scars that filled your grafts reached the fat layer, so now they are more prominent. So.... bottom line,who ever you see will need to break those crescentic nicks then restart your process of scar revision....You have much in the way of atrophy, but this can be rectified in time. Not really, like I said my scars were worse before the graft, the largest scar on my right cheek for example extended further down and was deeper. The small cuts he made a stitched healed fine. I have pics of this too.
Regardless it seems I lucked out having Dr lim close by, I look forward to chatting with him although I'm slightly scared about how much this will cost... Not going to be cheap.
