And free of essential oils too. My skin is sensitive and gets irritated easily. I need a cleanser that's gentle but strong enough to prevent breakouts.

I have been using this cleanser called "Derma E Very Clear Acne Cleanser" for almost two months. I noticed I'm breaking out more than usual, mainly on my forehead and cheeks. Here are the ingredients:

Active Ingredient: Salicylic Acid 2.0%

Inactive Ingredients: Purified Water,Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine (Coconut Derived), Cocamidopropylamine Oxide, PEG-150 Distearate, Polysorbate 20, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Glycerin (Vegetable Derived),Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Aniba Rosodora (Rosewood) Wood Oil, Salix Alba (White Willow) Bark Extract, Organic Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract*, Decyl Glucoside (Plant Derived), Potassium Sorbate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin.

What about Fuller's earth mud or clay?! You could use it twice per week, because sometimes it makes the skin dry. Good luck!Clay or fuller's earth mud is available in powder form at any health food store.

Hello, it could be any of:

*PEG-150 Distearate- this has a condomogenic rating of 2

*Polysorbate 20&Glycerin feed fungal acne - if the spots appearing on your forehead are these instead of cystic.

* The facewash has several oils inif your skin is sensitive to those.

I would use a very gentle facewash without triggering ingredients (like Simple Kind to Skin Rejuvenating - this one from Simple only, the moisturising one has acne-triggering ingredients). Use a bamboo or muslin cloth if you would like physical exfoliation (I prefer gentle acids though!). Then apply your acne-fighting ingredients through a serum instead. Again, looking for non-condomogenic ingredients. Use the websiteskincarima to check. Hope that helps!
