Acne Scar TCA CROSS???

Hello, I have this one scar on my cheek I'm super self conscious about. I think it's a boxcar scar (i feel like it's too wide to be an ice pick). I was wondering what acne scar treatments people would like would be the best for my scar type? Would TCA CROSS work (If i did that i would go to a professional)?? I included a bunch of different pics all taken in the same day with different lighting (harsh, natural) so you can gauge the depth and scar type. Any advice and guidance would be great. I understand that 100% improvement is not realistic, I just want to make some decent improvement :)

It's truly amazing how people can be bothered by something invisible to the eye. No offense but you should see a shrink.

@faebeeJust do a punch excision to the single spot and some laser to blend.

I actually did a punch excision to this spot a couple months ago and it became a boxcar type scar. While it was originally an ice pick scar, the excision didn't make a linear scar but changed into a boxcar :( I'm not sure why this happened.

I was just wondering if I should just it re-excised? Or should I do tca cross just to make it more shallow?

@faebeeThen they might have to re-excise. TCA Cross isn't going to fix this quickly, in fact it can widen it, make it red, and multiple procedures are needed, then resurfacing is done. Perhaps the surgeon did not do it properly. Please have a few consultations by a few plastic surgeons or cosmetic dermatologists.

If you want to be conservative .... CO2 at the edges. ... if not Punch excise, the resurface.
I have seen TCA with good technique widen scars on the nose that are pick and or narrow box car scars. Such is healing. 95% of patients heal in a certain way, others do not.. However solutions are possible. Everyone is different, my advise is conservative first, then excision last. But many roads to the same destination.
