I have rolling , box, hypertrophic scars all over my face. I have tried laser genesis which is the cause of my hypertrophic scar...., also did fraxel this year which did nothing. I should have done more research before losing my money to these methods. I need help please , just look at my face I™m hideous I have no quality of life anymore.
You should really address the redness on your face more i think. Im not an expert but i had a lot of redness going on as you, time helped a lot. And i think microneedling really improved the redness alongside retin-a use for about 5 months. If you are doing lasers, i dont think medium or low strenght laser will do it for you. You need strong lasers for those scars. Try and ask some experienced doctors on realself as well.

You need 4 treatments of cannuar subcision with filler. I would do sculptra for you as your scars are widespread. Note we are not using filler to act as a volumizer but as a spacer, while HA filler can be done throughout, ... that would be expensive because of the extent of the scarring. Another option is prp if you wish instead.
RF microneedling will help you. You will need 3-4 treatments. Space them out 3 months apart between your subcisions (you go longer periods between subcision because of filler). Or you can do 3-7% CO2 laser with the highest power, at a angle to the border of the scar several passes, ...
I see scars that would do well with paint on or spot peel technique of placing acid inside the boxcar. TCA is only placed in the pit to raise them. For how to do this ... see the FAQ - top of the acne scar sub, first post, goto the TCA section, and the mega post, find paint on.
After that you can get V-beam or Picosure for the redness of your scars to blend in with the surrounding skin.
With your last/final subcision you can get HA filler if you have any volume deficiency (deeper pits).
Finally get erbium resurfacing to work on the remaining texture or a deep peel.
Treat when you have time and money, ... everything is optional. Allow time for healing, 3 months between. It's a long process.
